SHIPPING POLICY
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing may require up to 48 hours before your order is shipped. Items are shipped Monday – Friday with the exception of major holidays and typically arrive to you in 5-7 business days from when the order is placed.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Julie’s Beet, we believe in selling only the highest quality products. Each order is packed with care and each shipment is inspected before it is sent. All sales are final, there will be no refunds or exchanges.
We also believe in great customer service. While we do everything in our control to ensure safe delivery of your shipment, we do understand that once an order is shipped it is out of our control. If your order is damaged or not quite right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@juliesbeet.com or 917.951.6527. We will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
